Copyright Laws for Educators

Educators often do not incorporate authentic texts outside of their basal reader because they are not familiar with copyright laws that outline what they are (and are not) allowed to reproduce. In order to make sure they are not violating copyright laws, they steer clear of reproduction altogether.
